Value for money
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was stunning, with panoramic views of the beautiful landscape. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Hard to think of anything negative. Absolute blissful stay.
We loved the comfort of the Downstairs Lounges with the Fires, it was so nice and comforting. The location of the property was fantastic, with great walks and facilities in the surrounding area. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Falls Spa which we used for 2 hours and found to be amazing. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The breakfasts were very good and the one evening meal we had in the hotel was of top quality. The hotel also went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a suite and leaving us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our special occasion.
Nothing, all excellent.
The location of this hotel is simply stunning, with beautiful views overlooking a serene lake. The hotel offers an array of fantastic facilities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. Although the indoor pool was smaller than expected, it did not diminish the overall appeal of the facilities. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from and attentive service from the waiters. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist when needed.
Was all great.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being a perfect size and wonderfully clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the spa, which was amazing. The location of this hotel near the lake provided excellent views and allowed for easy access to transportation, such as the ferry that goes all around the lake. Additionally, there were some decent walks starting nearby, and the city of Keswick was just a short drive away. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing that I didn't like.
